Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of PromptDesk Pro ("the platform", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Important notice — Not financial advice

PromptDesk Pro is an analysis and education tool. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice; we do not give signals or buy/sell recommendations; and we do not guarantee any result, performance or profit.

Trading in financial markets carries risk of loss. Trading decisions are exclusively yours and your responsibility. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future results.

1. What the service offers

The platform includes, among others, tools to create trading prompts/strategies, a prop firm rules simulator, quantitative analysis and validation tools, and educational content (PromptDesk University). Features may change, expand or be discontinued over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account's activity and for keeping your password secure. You must provide truthful information and be of the minimum legal age to contract in your jurisdiction. An account is for personal use; don't share it or resell it.

3. Subscriptions, free trial and payments

The current plans and prices are the ones shown on the platform's Plans page.
Subscription plans may include a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription activates and the corresponding billing begins.
Payments and renewals are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them.
You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period already paid and you're not charged for the next one.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to breach its security; copy, resell or redistribute the service; extract data in an automated way (scraping); or use it in a way that harms other users or the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The software, the design, the "PromptDesk Pro" brand and the service's contents belong to us or are used under license. The prompts and strategies you generate are for your use. You acquire no rights over the platform beyond the license of use these Terms grant you.

6. "As is" service and availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, changes or suspensions when necessary.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptDesk Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages, or for trading losses, arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Remember: trading decisions are yours (see the notice at the top).

8. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may modify the service and these Terms. If the changes are relevant, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable legislation of the jurisdiction where PromptDesk Pro operates, without prejudice to the rights your country of residence's law grants you as a consumer.
