If you're comparing tools to run your trading on data, you've probably already come across TradeZella: it's the best-known trading journal, and it does many things well. This page explains where it's similar to and where it differs from PromptDesk Pro, with published prices and no hype, so you can choose what actually serves you.
In one sentence: TradeZella is a cloud journal, powerful and with a huge number of integrations. PromptDesk Pro is a suite that, on top of journaling and analytics, creates ICT/SMC strategies with AI, simulates prop firms with exact trailing drawdown logic and processes everything on your device — for half the price.

Prices and features per each product's official website as of July 2026. They can change: always verify on the official page before deciding.
The biggest difference isn't a feature, it's an architecture. TradeZella — like almost every journal — stores your trading history on its servers. It works well, but your trading (your P&L, your mistakes, your accounts) lives in another company's cloud.
PromptDesk Pro was built the other way around: your CSV is processed inside your browser and never leaves your machine. There is no server storing your trades — not even we can see them. The only exception is optional and encrypted: if you want a backup, it's encrypted in your browser with a passphrase only you know before it's stored.
Full access from $15.80/month (annual plan). Your data never leaves your machine and you can cancel in one click.
